Cindy Farmer, WHCNP-BC obtained her undergraduate degree in nursing from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia. She later attended Texas Women’s University’s Nurse Practitioner Program.

Cindy holds certifications in many areas of healthcare:

• Board Certification: Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Virginia in 1979
• Board Certification: Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Virginia in 1979
• Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas in 1982
• Certified in In-Patient Obstetrics in 1988
• Fetal Monitoring in 2002, and as a Women’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner, 2007
• The National Certification Corporation for the Obstetric, Gynecological, and Neonatal Nursing Specialties, Women’s Healthcare Nurse Practitioner, 2007

Cindy has two children. She enjoys spending time with her family and pets, traveling, and hiking.
