Dr. Riggs attended Rice University, where she majored in Ecology. She received her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She then completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas. She lives in Keller with her husband and young daughter. Her interests outside of work include gardening, hiking, and knitting tiny sweaters.
